Are there bathrooms on site?
 - Yes, there will be ADA and regular outdoor bathrooms and cleaning units on the site at all times.

What is the event website?
 - www.thereliefsessions.com for complete information is accessible at any time

How are the performers paid?
 - Each band is solely paid by your ticket purchase to see them.  For many of these bands during these extraordinary times, this is the only paid performance, or live performance in front of people of any kind for months.  They appreciate your support!

Can you use your phone to film any of the performances?
 - Of course you can. It's 2020 and we couldn't stop you if we tried, so go ahead, film away!

Are masks mandated to watch the show?
 - We are outside, so no, it is not mandated.  But we encourage everyone to enter the space in their own comfort level.   If that means you wish to wear a mask, by all means do.   If you choose not, we encourage proper distancing.

Can we dance at the event?
 - We will leave your own ability to dance up to you, but as far as the question are you allowed to dance at the event, yes.  But that yes is with qualifications due to the moments we are living in.  We strongly encourage you to dance where you are and to allow perhaps more distance than you normally would Pre-COVID just to provide some comfort for others.  But bottom line, we hope you dance when you see these great bands if you feel the need to do so, just be mindful please.

Since it's an outdoor event, can we bring a pet?
 - Yes you may with all the expectations as you would if you took your pet for a walk.

Can I listen to the performance on radio if I choose to sit in my vehicle for the performance?
 - Yes you can, just tune in to 104.7 FM and you can hear the show quite well in the comfort of your vehicle

What if it rains prior to or during the show I purchase tickets for?
 - The stage for THE RELIEF SESSIONS SUMMER CONCERT SERIES is covered.  So if it is a light rain and the rain does not come on stage, the show can continue.  Especially since the majority of the attendees will be coming in their vehicles and you can hear the show in your car on your FM dial.

Are refunds possible?
 - All sales are final, there are no refunds...unless

 * Weather conditions cause an event cancelation
-Cancelation announced before concert start time
     -Concert canceled after performance begins

 * Change of Performing Artist
-Although we do try to avoid this, it may be that a band can not perform during their scheduled time. If this happens, you are able to keep your tickets to attend the new show with a replaced performer. If you choose not to attend the show after the change, you are able to call Ticketworks to request a refund. But this request must be submitted no less than 3 hours before show start.

 * If the performance is canceled before start time, ticketworks will notify all ticket holders and full refunds will be available for the face value of your ticket. Please allow up to 10 days for the price to be refunded.

 * Once the performance has started, no refunds can be made for any reason.
