What is THE RELIEF SESSIONS SUMMER CONCERT SERIES?
All of the Burnsville events are "Drive-In Style" concert experiences. Meaning that the "space" you purchase when you arrive is actually (2) parking spaces.  The one parking space is for (1) car. The second space is for up to an additional (5) people to join you while you enjoy the concert.
The events in Rosemount are in a park setting at Central Park. You can bring your own chairs and tables etc to enjoy the concert
In all THE RELIEF SESSIONS SUMMER CONCERT SERIES will present over 70 incredible Minnesota bands of all genres for your enjoyment!

Where can I get tickets? - All tickets are available at www.Ticketworks.com

Can we get tickets at the entrance gate? - Yes you can, but we highly discourage it because our capacity is limited. We strongly encourage you to visit www.Ticketworks.com to get your tickets ahead of time.

If I get one ticket, does that allow me to stay for all the bands that day? - Each band that is performing has a specific ticket price to see them. Unless the show is marked FREE, the ticket you purchase for that show is the only show you can attend that day. If you of course wish to see more than one band a day, you can certainly do that, but you would be purchasing a separate ticket for that show.

Are the parking "spaces" assigned? - Yes they are. When you purchase your ticket, you will see the space you are purchasing.

If I get one ticket for a show, does that the whole car, or just me? - It means just you, the price of the ticket per person, not per car. Each person who attends must purchase a separate ticket to the individual show each day.

What if I want to see more than one show each day? - We STRONGLY encourage you and your friends to plan ahead on this aspect of the festival.  If there is any inclination to see more than one band on the day you want to go to the show, get both shows at the same time, do not hesitate.
Doing this will give you a better chance to stay in your parking space for both shows as opposed to having to move to a different space if your space was purchased for the other show you wanted to see.

The BEST way to purchase tickets for you and your friends is this: Have (1) person buy the tickets for you and your friends at one time.  It will simplify things greatly at the check in and for your own comfort zone needs. Remember, if there are a group of six of you attending the show together, only (1) vehicle can enter the concert site to be in your "space". So, make plans to either ride together, or drive two cars so one can park off-site near the concert event.

Are there packages to see two or three shows on the same day in a row? - Yes there will be. This is how it works and what shows will be featured in the "Day Package" option. Purchasing these packages gives you a far greater chance of staying in your same "space" for each package day you choose.  Specific parking spaces will be set marked as "Day Package" parking spaces for these specific shows at www.ticketworks.com This is a "six pack" package.  Package can only be purchased in full.

Are there food and drinks available? - Yes there are. There will be multiple food stands and a beverage area for beer and wine and mixed drinks.  If you wish to bring your own chair and tables and food and drink, you are welcome to do so.  We can not allow grilling however in your space.

Are there bathrooms on site? - Yes, there will be plenty of units on site for your use. We think you'll be pleasantly surprised

What are our COVID-19 regulations? - While it is true things are improving on this front concerning COVID-19, THE RELIEF SESSIONS will honor and abide by all state guidelines for your safety and the safety of the musicians and vendors on site.

• State guidelines say that 750 people can attend each show.  Even if that changes to a higher number, no more than 750 will be allowed to attend each show due to the size of the parking lot and CENTRAL PARK in Rosemount for their shows.
• Social Distancing will still be a priority. That is why each "space" will have a car in between you and the next group of people
• Hand sanitizers will available at the end of each row of parking of course at our portable bathrooms on site for you to access
• Since the event is outside, we are not requiring masks be worn as you enter the concert site.  We do ask that if you are going to walk around, to be mindful of others and consider wearing a mask as you walk around the concert site. Again, this is not a mandate, it is a suggestion.
• While many people are vaccinated and may be at that time, THE RELIEF SESSIONS is not going to inquire or require people be vaccinated to attend.
• We are encouraging people to respect social distance concerns at the event.

What happens if the band can't perform because of bad weather? - Since the Burnsville shows are "Drive-In" Style concerts that will allow you to hear the band on your radio through an FM Transmitter provided on site for the events, just because it's raining, doesn't mean that the show is cancelled.
So,
*If the weather hours before the show obviously will not improve and it would be too dangerous for the band and sound company to do what is needed, you would be notified by Ticketworks and your ticket would be refunded to you, but the refund would not include the ticket fees.
*If 5 minutes before the performance the weather makes it impossible for the band to even begin or perform later, you will receive the same refund.
*However, once the band begins and the band may have to stop or cancel because of the dangerous weather, the band is paid in full and there is no refund.
*The Rosemount shows would be the same guidelines.  The only difference is there will not be an FM Transmitter on site because these concerts are not "Drive-In" style.

Will there be an ATM on site? - No, there will not be one. Please make arrangements beforehand.

Is there a charitable aspect to the event? - Yes there is.  While the ticket price of the event goes to the bands and the event, there will be multiple opportunities for you to donate The 30-Days Foundation, www.The30-DaysFoundation.org through each day you attend.
The 30-Days Foundation is a non-profit started by Mick Sterling in 2011 that assists Minnesota families and individuals in real-life financial crisis with a one-time financial grant that is made payable ONLY to the service provider. Since 2011, The 30-Days Foundation has helped over 100,000 requests for assistance.
Mick Sterling will be offering multiple CD's specifically created for 30-Days Foundation and his new book AND ELSE (a version of life according to Mick Sterling) as ways to help The 30-Days Foundation.   The price for the book and CD's are up to you and will be offered to you at the concert site!

Is there a way to "tip" the band performing? - Yes there is. Each band will have the opportunity to give you their payment QR Code for you to tip the band if you wish to do so, we hope you do. All of the bands at THE RELIEF SESSIONS are solely by ticket sales. There is no guaranteed fee. So please, your support of the bands are crucial. Many of these bands have not performed for a very long time and they could use your support.

Will there be images of the band shown during their performance? - Indeed there will be. There will be
(2) large LED Screens, one on either side of the stage that will run during the performances making all of the views in the parking lot very clear and strong.

Is there an age limit or restriction for tickets and/or admission? - No, there is not. This is an all ages event. Ticket not required for ages 16 and under.
